The Web Development Specialist is responsible for coordinating, supporting and executing website support, reports and analytics for the various campaigns for Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System. The specialist also has a primary focus in the development and maintenance of websites and provides detailed and summary reports on a regular basis. The specialist has broad experience in web support and marketing analytics. The Web Support Specialist has excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills and is a cross-functional team player.
Core Job Responsibilities:
* Ensures brand consistency and user experience across all digital marketing channels.
* Edits, maintains and updates current web pages.
* Serves as primary liaison for website and other digital marketing vendors.
* Manages software integrations and digital development as it relates to consumer digital platforms.
* Maintains current knowledge of website development (operating systems, software).
* Provides technical support and instruction to staff.
* Conceptualizes and implements design elements and determines that websites meet usability requirements.
* Develops, designs and produces new web work using appropriate content management software.
* Provides digital performance reporting and insightful analysis clients to drive greater audience engagement
* Monitors, tracks and optimizes effectiveness, and report on key metrics for digital marketing campaigns from but not limited to Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, AdWords, Page Ranking tools, Social Media Ads and others.
* Prepares and presents reports on current and completed campaigns. Delivers measurable results (traffic and leads) and reports ROI on all spending.
* Manages multiple projects simultaneously in a rapidly changing environment.
* Works under pressure to meet deadlines; follows and gives oral and written directions; maintains cooperative working relationships.

Required Experience
Education:B.S. /B.A. degree in computer science, marketing, communications or a related field
Experience:
* 2 years of experience in a progressive digital marketing role
* Digital design and production experience, especially with Drupal and WordPress content management systems
* Proficiency with HTML, CSS, website UX design and best-practice digital design
* Advanced understanding of personal computers and a wide variety of software applications
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement project plans
* Good problem-solving ability, initiative, creativity and judgment
Preferred License/Registration/Certifications:
Google AdWords certification
