Position Description

The LPN is responsible for the overall management of the health and wellness of the residents. Responsibilities include but are not limited to overall-wellbeing of the residents, training team members, team member recognition, annual performance reviews and ongoing coaching and counseling of team members; when necessary facilitation of resident care conferences and the completion of Service Plans; completing assurance programs as per Inspirit Senior Living policy. It is expected that the LPN complete any required training and become knowledgeable in the Inspirit Senior Living philosophy, principles of service, and policies and procedures. This knowledge becomes the foundation for future decision making. As a leader of the general assisted living community, the LPN is expected to develop and maintain a positive atmosphere for residents, families, visitors, and team members.

Required Experience

One year with assisted living/geriatrics
