Position Description

The Health & Wellness Coordinator is akin to the Assistant Director of Nursing and would assist the Director with overseeing the clinical needs of the Assisted Living and Memory Care residents of Brookdale West Ashley. This position also oversees the med-techs and caregivers with orientation and continued education as well as scheduling and on-call rotation. Administrative responsibilities include auditing charts and maintaining compliance with DHEC standards. Clinically you will oversee and coordinate care for our residents.

Required Experience

LPN required
Experience with managing teams and scheduling preferred
Experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia residents preferred
