Position Description

Montrose Manor, a family owned property, in Woodruff, South Carolina, now looking to hire a dynamic Sales and Marketing Director for a 60-bed assisted living facility. This position will work closely with management during a full property upfit.

This position will partner with the Executive Director to maintain high occupancy by working closely and maintaining relationships with community referral sources. The Director will be responsible for lead management from initial contact with perspective family/resident through the move-in.

Ideal candidates will have experience in sales, preferably in the Long-Term Care field. Strong referral connections in the area and census development is a plus. Candidate must have great people skills and able to have positive customer service outcomes.

Job type: Full-time
Competitive Salary with excellent commission structure.
Benefits: Paid time off, flexible schedule
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Required Experience

Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
