Denture Care Shop in North Charleston is looking for a dynamic Dental Assistant (or as we refer to Denture Guide) to join our growing practice!
What is the Denture Care Shop?
We are a new, innovative denture replacement company recently founded, with its first store in North Charleston. Our mission is to make high-quality, full dentures more affordable, accessible, and convenient. We provide new custom dentures using state-of-the art 3D scanning, digital design, and printing technologies, and send them directly to consumers for a fraction of the price and time compared to traditional fabrication methods. Our only focus is full dentures - we do not provide any extractions!
Responsibilities
• Welcoming customers and completing their intake forms with an ipad
• Determining whether customers need an exact replica or denture refit for their new replacement dentures
• Scanning and processing 3D scans of dentures (we will teach you how!)
• Sterilizing and preparing the operatory and equipment
• Educating customers on proper denture care
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling

Required Experience
• 2+ years as a dental assistant for a licensed dental practice• 2+ years Denture experience - fabrication, fitting and reline
• You do NOT need any experience with 3D technology - we will teach you everything you need to know!
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
• High school diploma or GED
