Position Description

We are looking for a friendly / sociable, hardworking individual that has excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Your tasks would include, but not limited to:
Scheduling appointments
Answering Phones, responding to emails
Client Servicing
Data Entry
Coordinating with insurance carriers / investment companies
Follow up and tracking of transactions or service requests
Communicating both with clients and insurance / investment companies to ensure transactions occur in a timely fashion
Communicating with the team on status of ongoing business
Assist with marketing to include social media, email blasts, website maintenance

This position is in-office in Charleston, SC (not a remote position).

Required Experience

Must be proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Must have strong communications / customer service experience.
Degree in marketing, finance or business preferred.
