Job Summary: Our team is growing again and we are currently seeking the best and most passionate Senior Caregivers that are willing to provide excellent personal care and companionship for our very special senior clients! The right candidates will have hands-on experience in senior care or health care, either privately or in a facility. The day-to-day duties of this role include providing personal care assistance, companionship, and helping our senior clients with mobility around or outside of the house. Must have availability on weekdays but we offer flexible hours based on your availabiilty.

Responsibilities
Our mature adult caregivers work one-on-one with elderly clients in the community, providing services that may include:
Personal care (hands-on) assistance for elderly clients by attending to their basic needs including some or all Activities of Daily Living (toileting, bathing, dressing and grooming, eating, ambulation)
Assist clients with some or all Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (companionship, medical reminders, meal preparation, transportation, light housekeeping)

Required Experience
QualificationsEnjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
Inspired to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
Supportive and compassionate
Take pride in providing high quality care
Preferred
Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver
