Position Description

We are seeking a dynamic admissions coordinator that will be responsible for census growth within this 108 bed skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include all facets of the admissions process from start to finish including tour, financial verification and counseling, admission paperwork and customer experience. This individual will be customer service minded and drive the business development for the facility.

Required Experience

5 years healthcare experience preferably in a long term care setting. Admissions, social work or case management background desired. Medical terminology and Medicaid/Medicare/Insurance knowledge a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills needed. Ability to be self guided and driven to increase business and customer experience.
