This workshop will give a brief introduction about the importance of breathing regulation and introduce simple yet powerful breathing exercises for well-being. Dr. Sundar Balasubramanian is a researcher at the Medical University of South Carolina studying cancer therapeutics and yoga. His pioneering research provides the first evidence for how pranayama (yogic breathing) practices promote well-being in health and disease. Join us as we learn about Wellness Through Breathing with Dr. Balasubramanian.
