Join us for this month's meeting June 17th at 11:45am!

The lunch sponsor for this month will be Lynn McQueen and Pam Waterman with Martha Franks Retirement Community. Martha Franks is a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) offering all levels of care. They are equipped to support the changing needs of residents without requiring them to relocate, so residents live securely knowing their future needs will be supported. Living options include cottages, patio homes, apartments, residential and assisted living, skilled nursing care, memory care and short-term rehab.

Our educational speaker for this month is Til Culbertson, Certified Prime Time Health Coach (Seniors) by Dr. Sears Wellness Institute
Sales and Wellness Coordinator with Juice Plus. She teahces classes in anti-aging, disease prevention, diabetes reversal, nutrition, whole-food, plant-based eating, biblical eating and healthy living. Til is a former educator of 25 years, mother of 2, grandmother of 3, soon to be 5. She is also the author of The Back to God Game, releasing this summer-a grandmother/grandson children's book.
