Please join us for our April USN Meeting! We promise it will be well worth your time hearing Dr. Serge Alfeli speak to us about the current pharmacological intervention against dementia. Dr. Alfeli will explain the physiology and pathology of dementia, compare and contrast the different types of dementia, and discuss the adverse events associated with dementia treatment.

This comprehensive resource directory of senior-related services in the Upstate area is designed to provide you with all of the resource information that you need to get the answers and direction that you want--In Print and complete on the web.

As we are approaching Easter, we would like to ask everyone to bring something small to make Easter baskets for the clients at Piedmont Agency on Aging-personal care items, candy, etc. for us to deliver to our community partner. Adult Day health care could use some tomato plants, peppers, squash plants. They usually plant those during the summer. They do a small outside garden.

Diners club could use some flower seeds, and potting soil. They usually plant flowers or herbs each year, but do them on the inside, so some seeds and maybe small pots would help us with that project.
They have around 25-30 clients in attendance on average.

Also bring a friend to this meeting and have your name entered twice for the door prize! We have a great little thing going here in Laurens, but we would love to see some growth in 2019!
