Please join Patriot Hospice and Palliative Care for our first annual Stockings for Veterans. Our goal is to collect items and stockings that we will donate to local veterans for Christmas. We want veterans to know that we truly appreciate their service to our country and that someone cares about them at Christmas. Join us in bringing joy to these veterans!

- Donate items to fill stockings-
o Candy
o Puzzle books
o Small snack items
o Chap stick
o Toiletry items
o New socks
o Slippers
o Christmas letters and cards
