Enjoy working out with others? Our exercise classes for older adults are taught by SilverSneakers instructors who will help make sure you’re supported every step of the way. Come join us at Partners In Primary Care and increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support and class can be modified depending on fitness levels. Feel free to bring a friend!
