Please join us next Thursday, September 27 at 10:30am for a morning of fun, education and light refreshments to celebrate active aging week! We will be hearing from the following experts:

*The Zoo and Flex-Able will show us how to stay active without injuries
* Charleston Spine Institute will educate us on how to avoid neck or back surgery
* Fit and Fresh will show us how to eat healthy, fresh meals and still meet our
goals!

Our Fitness Expo will be held at The Zoo Health Club, 2243 Ashley Crossing Drive, Charleston, SC (behind Kohl’s and Food lion) and is open to EVERYONE, so bring a few friends with you!!
