Memory Care Cafe is an opportunity for family members, caregivers, and friends of patients with dementia to come together to talk about their experiences with others who are in a similar situations with a loved one in a supportive and safe arena. The group will have a facilitator for conversation starters. Come enjoy an uplifting time to re-energize together! Refreshments will be served.
