Self-care mentor Bonnie Bonomo will help us “hop” to a new perspective! She will take us down the bunny trail for an introspective look on how caregiving makes us feel in comparison to how we want to feel. We will learn how to begin hopping down the caregiving trail to a better and more healthier space for you and your loved one. RSVP requested but is not required. Lunch provided.
