Concerned about your memory?
Please join us for a free screening
This free screening is for individuals age 50 and older concerned about
their memory and interested in research. Screenings typically take
15 - 20 minutes. Information from the screening is preliminary and
educational in nature, intended to help facilitate a
meaningful discussion between patient and his/her doctor or other
qualified healthcare professional. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
