On Friday, August 3rd the Alzheimer's Association & Eden Terrace will be hosting a Faith Leaders Conference at Spartanburg Methodist College. Bishop Kenneth L. Carder, distinguished Professor Emeritus of the Practice of Christian Ministry at Duke Divinity School, will be the key note speaker.

This half day, FREE event will offer practical ways to connect with families affected by dementia within your congregation. Agenda includes:

- Understanding Alzheimer's (Mind, Body & Spirit)
- Effective Communication Strategies
- Dementia Through Pastoral Lens
- Getting Involved & Taking Action Locally
