Depression: Tips for Getting Through the Holidays

Participants will take a confidential depression screening survey, collect information about grief support groups in the area, learn tips that will help get through the holidays and hopefully meet new friends. Guest speakers include Lori Garrison, Outreach Coordinator with Mary Black Geriatric Behavioral Services and Richard Burton with Gentiva Hospice.

Coffee and pastries will be provided so registration is appreciated.
