Here at Autumn Leaves Memory Care Assisted Living we help families adjust to the changing needs of their loved ones living with dementia as they live and thrive in this purpose built community. We know how hard it is to accept these changes and want to help you understand why they exhibit the behaviors they do. This event is open to professionals and anyone caring for a family member or friend with dementia.

Please Join us as we welcome Right at Home here at Autumn Leaves as the presenter of this unique interactive experience called Dementia Live. Your senses will be challenged and your eyes and hearts will open as you walk in the shoes of someone with a cognitive impairment.
