The Alzheimer's Association Walk To End Alzheimer's will be held at Riverfront Park in North Charleston on Saturday, September 15th. All are welcome, especially caregivers, those who have lost loved ones to the disease, families, businesses, faith based organizations, civic organizations, and anyone wanting to join the movement to end Alzheimer’s.
