Wren Hospice will be hosting their monthly Better Breathers Club on Tuesday, September 18th. These meetings provide educational support and resources to individuals with asthma, COPD, IPF, lung cancer or any other chronic lung disease.

This month's guest speaker will be Alyson Lerstang, NP. Aside from being a nurse practitioner with Wren Hospice, Alyson is also a certified yoga instructor. She has always had a passion for health, fitness and prevention and will be discussing different breathing techniques for relaxation and their benefits.

Please RSVP by end of day Monday, September 17 as a light lunch will be provided.
