• Are you currently living with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia?
• Do you sometimes find yourself overwhelmed because of the lack of assistance available?
• Are there things that you need help with, but not sure if help is available?

Please join the Alzheimer’s Association to voice your concerns, learn about local resources, and get involved.

We are looking for families and individuals affected by Alzheimer’s disease or dementia to share their ideas about how we can better help and support families in the Greenwood Area community.
