With less than 50 days left before the Ride to End Alz it is time to get serious with preparations of supplies to support the 400 riders, who fund-raise and pedal the 258 miles across the state of South Carolina in July.
With the blessing of a large number of riders comes the challenge of providing good nourishment and hydration along the routes each day. We have rest stops about every 10-15 miles each day, which are manned by volunteers.
We would love for you to sign up to volunteer if you're interested. If you can't volunteer, we have a large variety of items on a wishlist with Amazon that you could purchase and have shipped directly to me. I will transport to the trucks on loading day before the ride.
