Come join us for the Walk To End Alzheimer's.
Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease!
When you participate in Walk, your fundraising dollars fuel our mission, and your participation in the event helps to change the level of Alzheimer’s awareness in your community. The Alzheimer’s Association provides free, easy-to-use tools and staff support to help participants reach their fundraising goal. While there is no fee to register, we encourage participants to fundraise in order to contribute to the cause and raise awareness.
Take the first step by finding a Walk near you. Once you register, you will have access to a wide range of tools and support through your customized Participant Center. Join us and lead the way to Alzheimer's first survivor. Together, we can end Alzheimer’s disease!

*Walk is 2 miles
*Dogs on leashes are allowed
*If you are not able to walk, have a seat & enjoy the music until the walkers return. Register and be a virtual walker!

--Teams can be any size
--Beverages and light breakfast items will be available at the Walk
--Team photos will be taken prior to the Walk start, so arrive early!

How do I turn in funds raised?
You can mail donations to our office at 2090 Executive Hall Rd Ste 130 Charleston SC 29407. Make sure your name and team name is included in the envelope.
Does every participant get a T-shirt?
Every registered participant will receive a T-shirt after achieving the fundraising minimum of $100. Unless otherwise communicated, T-shirts will be available for pick up on Walk day.
Raising $100 is as easy as asking 10 people for $10
How do I get my offline donations to show up on my personal fundraising Web page?
Do I have to register in order to Walk?
Yes, we want to know you’re walking with us and need every walker to sign a standard waiver through their official registration. There is no registration fee for Walk. However, we ask every walker to make a personal donation and commit to raising funds in the fight against Alzheimer’s.
Where do the funds go?
All funds raised through Walk to End Alzheimer's further the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association. The Alzheimer's Association is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
