13th Annual Prisma Community Health Summit Saturday April 6th from 10 a.m - 2:30 p.m.

The summit and lunch are FREE for adults and youth ages 10 and up. Registration is required. Parking is free! Register at http://www.ghs.org/community/health-summit/

Community in unity for health equity: Addressing heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and youth focus on higher learning and careers in health care

Summit Features: Physician panel discussion with Q&A, educational presentations on diabetes and cardiovascular disease, on-site health resources and information and survivor stories and testimonials.

Also if your a Provider for Seniors invite all of your Clients!
