Welcome to the Confident Caregiver Symposium.

In the middle stage of Alzheimer’s disease, those who were care partners now become hands-on caregivers. Join us for this 4-part series and hear caregivers and professionals discuss helpful strategies to provide safe, effective and comfortable care in the middle stage of Alzheimer’s.

When you register, you will be automatically enrolled in all 4 sessions. You will receive links for all sessions via email the week before and again the day before day the first session which takes place on April 12.

You may attend all sessions or some. Handouts, slides (when applicable) and links to register to view recordings of sessions will be sent to all registrants after the Symposium concludes on April 15.
