Learn about Alzheimer’s, dementia and memory loss in this brief community-focused listening session. We'll review the basics of these conditions, services of the Alzheimer's Association and how we can expand the reach of local programs and services. Bring a friend and share your thoughts about how the Alzheimer's Association can help more people in your community.

This presentation is in collaboration with the NC Rural Health Leadership Alliance. Attendees will learn about Alzheimer’s disease, health disparities and engage in discussions about challenges in access to education, resources, and care for families in rural areas. Attendees will also learn about resources available through the Alzheimer’s Association, and have an opportunity to share their own experiences.
