ARE YOU READY TO TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE? THEN TAKE THE FIRST STEP AND JOIN US FOR THIS 12-WEEK CHALLENGE!

For centuries, we’ve known that the health of the brain and the body are connected. But now, science is able to provide insights into how to make lifestyle choices that may help you keep your brain and body healthy as you age. You will learn about the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement and learn ways to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging. We will also utilize portions from the “Keep Sharp” book by Sanjay Gupta, MD. The book can be an additional resource; however, it is not required.

It is best to commit for the entire 12-weeks; however, join us as you can; each session will be recorded so you won’t miss a beat!
