Powerful Tools for Caregivers In-Person (PTC) class series is an EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a relative or friend who has a chronic illness. By taking care of your own health and well-being, you become a better caregiver. You will benefit from this class whether you are helping a parent, spouse, or friend who lives at home, in a long-term care facility, or across the country. Six classes are held once a week and are led by experienced class leaders. Class participants are given The Caregiver Helpbook to accompany the class and additional caregiver resources will be provided throughout the 6 week series.
