Physical wellness is supported in large part by exercise and movement. While movement is
a physical activity it impacts all of the other dimensions of wellness and is one of the single
most important wellness activities that anyone can engage in. This presentation will discuss
the benefits of exercises, types of exercise, and safety tips to ensure you challenge yourself
while staying safe and healthy.
