Class Description

This course is designed to identify impairments related to a low-vision diagnosis. It provides discussion on how low vision will impact an older person's ability to function independently and safely. It also covers interventions, strategies, and planning; including the use of assistive devices, modification in the home setting and use of assistive technology.
