Another topic that we take a "Deep Dive" into from the "10 Ways to Love Your Brain" is to "Stump Yourself" (challenge and activate your mind) and "Buddy Up" (staying engaged helps to support brain health). Challenge and activate your mind...and what better time to do this than now.

We are all finding ourselves using a different technology or using technology for the first time. Some of us may find that it's not as simple as some people say. Staying engaged with others doesn't look like it once did; however, it is important to remain connected even if it has to be virtually.

Please join the Alzheimer's Association for our 3rd Party SeriesĀ  to learn about the many ways to get connected with your family friends using technology. We will also cover other fun and educational things you can do or not do using technology.

Anyone that would like to learn a trick or two to help them connect with tech!
